I enjoyed the stay

Basically everything, facilities, room, everything

I think the only bad thing about this hotel is the location, it's not the hotel fault but overall location is really letting down as it is very hard to get any taxi around this area

spacious, very clean and comfy. washing machine is no longer existing in room, but the hotel provided complimentary laundry service (subject to xxx amount of piece per night)

pool can use better maintenance, lots of pigeons were drinking and playing in the water

Quite okay hotel.

Breakfast was good. Business lounge area quite convenient. Spa pool nice although hard to find towels.

Was some plastic thing in the spaghetti food at the restaurant when dining for dinner. When complained the chef didn't show himself and I don't remember anything being offered (anyway it didn't matter too much). Room felt a bit worn and balcony areas could do with re-painting.

A very relaxing break.

Nice large one bedroom apartment. Good facilities in the room, including a washing machine in our room (not all rooms have washing machine - if you want one then maybe add this as a request). Clean and comfortable. Everything was in good condition, very clean and new (as of January 2017). Has a baby sitting service available on request. A very nice woman kept our son entertained in our room for a few hours while my wife and I escaped for a relaxing spa and massage one afternoon! Secure covered parking for guests. Good selection of food at the breakfast buffet.

If you want the mountain views seen on the website then you'll need to request a room with mountain view. We drove all day and were looking forward to checking in and enjoying the open views, but our assigned room was on the side of the hotel overlooking the highway. We had just driven all day and the last thing we wanted was a view of the street! Any way the staff were good and changed our room the next morning. No spa in the hotel. Quite surprising for a hotel of this size. Had to go to another 5* hotel up the road for a spa/massage.

Still the best around ...

Though newbies, the staff members were very friendly. Much friendlier than my last visits. The room was very clean and well maintained as usual.

I had to wait until 8pm to be able to order our a la carte. I didn't expect that and was starving! Furthermore, my favourite Japanese dishes weren't as good as they used to be.

Great breakfast included. Good hotel just showing a bit of age. Will try spa hotel just down the road next time. Over all you can’t go wrong staying at the Kantary.

Nice modern hotel. Excellent staff who were very helpful. The room was large and comfortable - with a place for cooking. The facilities were really nice - pool and sauna - excellent!
